supplies for science labs and replacement furnishings
The Holy Family School, run by the Maronite Holy Family Sisters Congregation, is home to 350 students who come from modest backgrounds (most of their parents are farmers). The Sisters provide education and hope for a better future to these children.
The science lab in the school was poorly equipped and the Sisters asked for our help in providing supplies for their physics and chemistry lab as well as new desks to replace the many broken ones, and closets to store their supplies. Thanks to you, we were able to raise $20,000 to provide science equipment, desks and storage facilities for the school.
